The museum is located on Level 3, East Wing of the Medical Building (Tri-radiate or Building 181).  The building can be entered via the main entrance on Grattan Street.  The nearest tram stop is Stop 10 Royal Melbourne Hospital (Route 19), on the corner of Grattan Street and Royal Parade.
