Trung has been with the lab since October 2001, as a Research Assistant. He has a BSc(Hons) in Biology and Biotechnology from RMIT University, Victoria, and a Medical Degree from Vietnam. Trung was involved in electrophysiology projects that examine the factors controlling the excitability of IPANS and completed his PhD in 2009. At present, Trung is working as a Research Fellow in electrophysiology and live-cell imaging projects. He is our resident horticulture expert.
